Cancellation Policy

Thank you for your interest in using our community hall. It is funded by hirers, supported by a team of community council volunteers, and a paid caretaker. We hope you enjoy using our hall and welcome your feedback. To hire the hall for a single or regular event, please read the following information, complete this form and return it either by emailing it to caretaker@upperkillaycc.org.uk or by posting it to the Bookings Officer, Upper Killay Recreational Hall, Gower Road, Upper Killay, Swansea, SA2 7HQ. For single bookings, payment is required upon booking, along with the bond of £100 which will only be cashed upon damage. You will then be emailed the access code for the key safe. You enter this code on the key safe to the left of the front door. Two keys are within, one for the top from door lock and one for the hall padlock. Please return the keys to the safe and scramble the combination code when you leave. NB: There will be an additional £10 energy surcharge for the use of any inflatables NB: Min duration 1.5 hours including setup/pack up, rates correct as of 01.04.2023
